First Baptist of New Baden

Things have been quite busy with my daughter moving, nursing home ministry as well as assisting Rocky in East Alton and my services, but I hope to get back to visit soon. I love the services and the brethren.
Recently a close friend and fellow minister died which added to my busy schedule. It was a blessing to know in my heart that this dedicated man of God went to be with the Lord and is awaiting our coming.

I was wondering if you all could pray for all the victims in Tennessee and Mississippi that have been devastated by the flood and tornados. Pastor Mark Smith, the pastor of Murdock Baptist Church, has sons and one daughter-in-law that have been affected by this and have lost all of their music/sound equipment which is their source of income. Please pray for them! Thank you.

I just wanted all of you to know that I am thinking about all of you and can't wait to see you all again. Hopefully we will all come and visit early July. The website looks fantastic!!!!

We attended church on Sunday March 14th for the first time. We wanted to let you all know that we really enjoyed the service. The people were so nice and caring, made us feel so welcome. We are planning on attending church again this Sunday.
